In a result of hard work our management team developed procedures and implemented new requirements in line with requirements ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Today we are proud to announce that our company successfully passed re-certification process to new management standard as per requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Taking into attention new requirements we have implemented risk assessment elements which is crucial and important in such sphere of business as marine and cargo survey.

Our company quality manager and auditor attended the special training which was well organized by STR-Consulting Georgia. Training was held on 19.03.2016 at maritime training center of Batumi State Maritime Academy.

The training topics covered new elements and changes implemented in new Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2015. Training was conducted by Head of Auditing Practices Group ISO/TC 176 and IAF – Mr. Alex Ezrakhovich.

This was a really great experience to get knowledge, experience and answers from the first source of ISO member working group.

Company quality management has been re-certified successfully for 2016. 

The re-certification audit ensures that relevant processes within the company are running in accordance with the internationally recognized standard ISO 9001:2008 and are improved continuously. Thus, our customers also continuously benefit from our fast and efficient service.

Taking into attention issue of new ISO standard 9001:2015 version, our quality management team in process of development of improved and amended company quality procedures which will include all new requirements including risk thinking approach to some company processing elements. 

In inspection sphere of business, we everyday meet some risks related with health, safety and right decision making at place of survey. We believe that improvement of our system and minimization of risks in return will improve our client satisfaction.

It is our company quality management milestone to be certified next year in accordance with requirements of new ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard.
